Logo Reveal: Safekept Legacy
A logo should do more than look pretty. It should hold space for meaning. The new logo for Safekept Legacy does just that.
Safekept Legacy is an innovative platform that helps people preserve their stories, memories, and end-of-life wishes. Through video, audio, photos, and messages, users can record heartfelt moments to be shared with loved ones, such as birthdays celebrated long into the future, wisdom passed down, and memories protected for generations.
Though the topic touches on the end of life, Safekept Legacy isn’t about loss. It is about love, connection, and peace of mind. The brand needed to feel uplifting, approachable, and safe, like talking to a trusted friend who treasures your stories as much as you do.
INSPIRATION
From the beginning, the image of a tree felt like the perfect symbol. It represents roots and growth, history and new beginnings. It is a timeless metaphor for legacy and family connection. Within that tree, we integrated a key to symbolize the “safe” in Safekept. It is a visual reminder that your most precious memories are both protected and cherished with their services.
Visually, the logo balances warmth and simplicity. The modern, minimal tree icon pairs with a classic serif font, customized with hand drawn swashes to make it extra special. A palette of soft greens and neutrals brings calm and reassurance, while the additional typefaces feel familiar, like a well-loved library book or a note from your grandmother.
The result is a brand that feels safe, timeless, and deeply personal. It offers a sense of protection while celebrating the stories that make us who we are.
