Color Palette: Rose Garden
Once again, nature is the greatest place to look for color inspiration! Does anything make you long for warmer sunny days more than gorgeous flowers? I can’t wait… All of the following images were taken by my sister in art, Natalie Lodicobond of photolodico, in Midland, Michigan. Natalie has an amazing gift for finding the best light and creating magic out of the everyday. I’ve taken photos of flowers before, but they did not look like these! These are soft and romantic and seriously stunning. I’m so happy to have another opportunity to collaborate with Natalie. She is one of the hardest working artists I know, working diligently and relentlessly to perfect her art. Here are some new color palettes inspired by photos taken in the rose garden at Dow Gardens, in Midland, Michigan.
This deep gray, green, mustard, peach combo is EVERYTHING!
I can’t get enough of these dusty greens with coral pinks.
And also the soft and subtle.
You can never go wrong with a monochromatic look.
Classic shades of deep red to blush pink are dramatic and romantic.
You can always count on flowers to show us the bold and bright!
Shades of pink are a must with this deep dark green and olive combo.
And sometimes you’ve got to stand out in a crowd!
